[Cancellation policy]
We apreciate that sometimes life can be unpredicatable. If, for whatever reason you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please inform us at least 12 hours prior (OR if the booking was made on the same day - at least 3 hours prior).
- Appointments missed OR cancelled without sufficient notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service charge.
[Late Arrivals Policy]
Please help us by allowing plenty of time so that you arrive for your appointment on time. Arriving late for an appointment makes barbers run even later with a knock on effect on other clients.
- Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late for their appointment will be asked to reschedule for another day/time.
